Eligibility

1. Participation is open to natural persons aged 18+ with a residential address in the United States, Canada, the European Union and Switzerland, except employees of the Organizer and their household members.
2. Minors may participate only where explicitly permitted for a specific Giveaway and with verifiable consent of a legal guardian.
3. One entry per person unless the specific Giveaway page states otherwise. Automated or bulk entries are not permitted.

Giveaway Period

1. The entry period (“Giveaway Period”) is defined on the Giveaway page. Entries outside this period are invalid.

How to Enter

1. Entry mechanics are described on the Giveaway page (e.g., form submission, quiz answer, social post, event attendance, purchase, etc.).
2. Where the Giveaway is linked to a purchase, all material participation conditions and any free alternative (if offered) will be disclosed clearly on the Giveaway page.
3. No fees are charged by the Organizer for entry. Your internet/mobile provider may charge connection fees. The winner of the giveaway is responsible for customs clearance and taxation.

Prizes

1. The prize(s) are described on the Giveaway page.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items unless required by law. The Organizer may substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

Winner Selection & Notification

1. Chance-based draw: If winners are selected at random, the draw will occur on the date, specified on the Giveaway page.
2. Skill-based selection: If selection depends on skill/merit (e.g., best answer, speed), the judging criteria are defined on the Giveaway page.
3. Winners will be notified via the contact option provided (usually email) within 14 days after the draw/selection and must respond within 14 days. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.
4. The Organizer may request reasonable proof of eligibility (age, residency). Failure to provide it can lead to disqualification.

Prize Delivery

1. Physical prizes: shipped to an address in the United States, Canada, the European Union and Switzerland at Organizer’s expense; delivery dates may vary.
2. The winner of the giveaway is responsible for customs clearance. Any personal taxes potentially triggered by receiving a prize are the responsibility of the winner; the Organizer will comply with any mandatory reporting/withholding obligations.
3. Experience or ticket prizes: subject to the third-party provider’s terms; the Organizer is not responsible for provider cancellations or changes but will use reasonable efforts to offer a comparable alternative where feasible.
4. If the prize is lost by accident or during delivery, the winner is not entitled to a replacement.

Fair Play

1. The Organizer may disqualify entries that are incomplete, unlawful, offensive, created by bots, or otherwise breach these Terms.
2. If technical issues compromise the Giveaway’s integrity (fraud, system failure, force majeure), the Organizer may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway where reasonably necessary.

Publicity & Name Disclosure

1. With the winner’s consent (which may be withdrawn at any time), the Organizer may publish the winner’s first name, initial of surname, city and country on the website or social media channels for transparency.
2. Winners may be asked to provide a short testimonial or photo; provision and publication are voluntary unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific Giveaway rules.

User-Generated Content (if applicable)

1. By submitting content (text, images, video), you warrant it is your original work, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not contain unlawful material.
2. You grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use your submitted content solely to administer and promote the Giveaway on our channels. You may revoke this license for future use by contacting as defined in the Legal Notice.

Liability

1. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for intent or gross negligence, or for mandatory consumer rights.
2. Subject to 11.1, the Organizer is not responsible for entries not received due to network, hardware, or software issues beyond its reasonable control; or for third-party prize/provider terms.

Governing Law & Consumer Venue

1. These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention.
2. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the EEA, any mandatory consumer protections and mandatory venue rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.

Platform Notices (if run on social media)

1. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or any other platform. You release such platforms from any liability related to the Giveaway.

Changes

1. The Organizer may amend these Terms where necessary for clarification or to reflect operational or legal changes. Material changes will be announced on the Giveaway page and will not reduce already-earned chances of winning.
